Salve ragazzi!
Annuncio con grande piacere che quest'anno, il nostro evento OVERLOAD 2013 (O3) si terrà tra il 20 e il 22 settembre.
Scusatemi, ma essendo andato per quattro mesi in Francia, ho avuto alcuni problemi di connessione internet.

In ogni caso, piu possibile ritorno con i dettagli dello scenario, il regolamento (in gran parte sarà lo stesso dello scorso anno).

Spero che ci rivediamo con gioia e incontrare anche gli altri Hotshots che ho contatatto solo trammite telefono ho mesaggi.

Per me sara' sempre difficile partecipare a questo evento, ma sicuramente alcuni di noi possono di sicuro! :))

Ciao ragazzi! Ho scritto giu il regolamento del gioco, pero in inglese, ma se qualcuno vuole delle informazioni piu precise puo chiedermi tranquillamente!
L'arrivo si puo fare cominciando da venerdi mattina 20.09 ore 9 fino allo stesso giorno alle ore 19. quando si chiudono tutte le registrazioni (check-in, chrono ecc).
Il gioco comincera dalle ore 21:00 di 20.09 finno a 22.09 ore 11:00! Praticamente si giochera 38 ore, incluso l'entrambe notti!

L'iscrizione finno a 15.07 15€/persona e dopo fino ad 31.08 costerrano 20€/persona.Il pagamento si puo fare direttamente verso me, quando arrivate qua (per evitare gli costi extra).

Il costo del biglietto include un menu, 5l di aqua, logistica, assistenza medicale, toaleti ecologiche ecc.
Ci sono due grandi fazzioni: L'esercito Republicano e La Resistenza Monarchica. C'e anche una terza fazione che e riservata solo ai organizatori, per equilibrare il gioco.
Opzionale ci sono delle patch per ogni fazione, il costo e di 2.50€/per una.

L' Esercito Republicano deve usare boonie-hat ho elmetto senza facepaint e si consiglia l'uso di uniformi ACU, DESERT, MULTICAM.
La Rezistenta Monarchica deve usare FACEPAINT, non puo usare boonie-hat e elmetti! L'uniforme puo essere woodland, flecktarn, nero ecc.




GAME RULES

WARNING! Fire, stoves for cooking-heating and smoking are strictly prohibited except in specially designated areas! GAME BAN!!!

Safety first!
Every player is attending the game on his/her own risk. We highly recommend wearing helmets and gloves kneepads and other protection stuff.

Protection gear
Every participant must wear protection goggles throughout the game. It is recommended to use protective facial masks in the areas where shooting would be on short distance. Gloves, helmets, kneepads are more than recommended.

Markings
black/yellow tape: objectives; shooting/crono/testing area (controlled shooting)
red/white tape: offzone (no shooting allowed!)

Pyrotechnics
Smoke grenades, tear gas and all types of pyrotechnics will be used ONLY by the organizers. Violation would lead to game ban!

What to do in the case of an accident
In the case of any health accident the game is stopped and each of the participants must help the wounded as much as he can and inform the game organizer. Paramedics will be on-site but we recommend to have first aid kit.

Non-game civilians
In the case of spotting non game civilian it is important to stop the game by shouting STOP CIVIL and to cease fire. In the case of any conflict with non game person please call the organizers.

Physical contact
All physical contact is banned. Violation would lead to removing of the participant from the game. No refund will apply in that case.
Game language
Basic language will be Romanian/English in the game.

Building of the bases and barricades
It is allowed to use rope as a barbed wire, to install own camo nets, sand bags and building of defense posts – places for digging will be marked. After the event everything must be put back to the place as it was.
It is strictly prohibited to dig the ground and to cut or damage living vegetation.

Common sense and good behavior
It is strictly prohibited to insult other players no matter what. Use common sense and don’t argue or start verbal fights. Disputes shall be discussed with the organizers in the offzone.

Game BAN
In the case of violating the event rules and regulations you will be game-banned based upon organizers decision without refund and you will have to leave game area.

FPS Limit
0-110 m/s GREEN –MED 1m – Full auto
110-125 m/s BLUE – MED 7 m – Full auto
125-140 m/s YELOW – MED 15 m – Single fire
140-170 m/s RED – MED 25 m – Single fire (bolt-action or semi-auto with mechanical limitation or via mosfet, ONLY for AEG replicas of Barrett, SVD, M14 or other imitations of real-steel-semiauto-sniper rifles. NOT APPLICABLE for other AEG, e.g. that fall under typical DMR classification)
Random checks during game possible.

MID cap rule. AMMO rule
Due to fact that it’s a milsim event players may use only MID/LOW cap.
HI cap mags are not allowed. SAWs’ large capacity magazines are an exception, of course. Machine gun is a weapon that has front legs and appears like a machine gun. A DMR with drum mag is NOT A SAW. (Neither is a SMG with a drum mag…;)
There is no limit to ammo carried in the field, BUT there is ABSOLUTELY NO MAG-REFILLING IN THE FIELD!

Knife kill. Bang rule
Player touched by other player by hand can be considered as knife killed. It is strictly prohibited to use live weapons/knives.
There will be NO BANG rule. You either shoot according to MED or you retreat to gain MED and shoot then. Or approach stealthily and knife-kill.

First aim – then shoot
Spray and pray is not allowed, while shooting you must shoulder your weapon and aim.

Demolitions
Buildings and vehicles can be blown up if you install on them a special demolition charge, given to the army general by organizers.

Helmets and armor
No in-game effect.

Booby traps
Only non-pyro based booby traps shooting BBs are allowed, all booby traps must be checked by organizer. Airsoft claymore for example.

Mine field
Areas designated with sign Minefield shall not be crossed. Passing through such an area is instant KIA. Minefields markings are usually 10 –15 meters from each other so they will be visible. We trust your fairness.

Hit and Respawn
Hit is considered while being hit anywhere in the player as well in his equipment he wears. If you receive a hit on weapon your weapon is out of use, and you can use only secondary weapon. If you are hit you shout HIT (LOVIT/MORT) raise your arms and put on reflexive vest and walk to the respawn point.

Dead players can’t talk with the others until reaching Respawn place. Use fastest route and do not go through fighting areas. Have your reflexive vest on.



Medic
Medic rules are a MILSIM add-on in order to simulate closer real-combat situation.

For people who are not able to understand the medic rules or think they are to complicated for them – we suggest to simply go to respawn after you are hit.

Information for Soldiers:
1. Player gets hit.
2. Player pulls out his death rag (=reflexive west).
3. Wounded player got 10min without medical treatment until he dies.
4. A player can be carried by a colleague to a safe area where the doctor can cure him.

After Medic arrives:
1. If medic comes he will ask you for number – you will say number from 1–40 – after medic makes your diagnosis and proceed with treatment – based upon the medic table you will be informed on the results. Medic cannot heal anyone else until he is finished with you. Medic can choose to heal someone else if he wishes or your wounds are to complicated. Healing is explained in diagnosis table.
2. If the diagnosis number was already used wounded must say new one.
3. Carry your own bandages – if medic has no bandages he cannot heal you, then you die
4. Medic cannot heal himself, but can be heald by other medic
5. Medic must have a pen to cross out diagnosis number
6. After player calls the diagnosis number – this number must be crossed out from the table by medic and not used again
7. It is prohibited to show diagnosis table to the players.
8. Table is available in HQ
9. A player can be healed only one time. Second time they get hit, they go directly to respawn.

How many medics:
A. SF – One medic per task assembly
B. Infantry – 1 medic at 10 combatants
C. Every Base HQ – 1 Medic
D. We trust your fairness!!!

Morphine (ref. diagnosis table) = Knife kill
Medic has Red cross symbol on the arm.
Medic will go to HQ before game start to pick up his diagnosis table, if you run out diagnosis you go to HQ for new table – every table is different.

Communication
Communication among in game participants is organized by the HQ of current game side. PMR frequencies including sub channels.
